Registration in the NCHA is granted with acceptance and compliance with a Code of Conduct that provides you, as an ally, with opportunities to collaborate with like-minded people interested in reforming health care and building a culture of health in communities everywhere.

Membership Options:

Organization $250 - $2,500+

Organizations are groups of people, in formal and informal association with one another interested in reforming and supporting reform of health care and health care delivery.

Organizations may be for-profit or non-profit businesses.

Organizations provide funds and financially sponsor Initiatives and Innovation they support to promote progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and objectives that enhance and improve the organization and amplify the message of trailblazing better health and building a culture of health.

Organization membership includes several Leader or Practice level memberships depending on their role in building a culture of health.

Leader $100

Leaders are nurses and cross-sector allies with varied educational and experiential backgrounds.

Leaders register on NCHAlliance.com with name, address, phone numbers, credentials, and brief biographical information to focus and attract interest by others with mutual interests.

Registered Leaders identify Initiatives through innovation that inspire, educate, engage, and empower others to lead the lives they dream are possible.

Leadership of an Initiative or innovation is the role of the Leader in a geographic location or in an area of specialization. 

Each initiative is a Culture of Health Initiative or CHI.

Practice $50

At the Practice Level, Registered Nurses and collaborators participate in an identified Culture of Health Initiative, or CHI .

RNs and Allies register on NCHAlliance.com with name, address, phone numbers, credentials and brief biographical information to determine mutual interests in identified culture of health initiatives or CHIs.

Each CHI aspires to build a culture of ihealth at the community level led by professionals with different levels of expertise in their various backgrounds of specialization.

Members at the Practice Level select an Initiative that reflects an interest or passion in their practice that focuses on health equity, and social determinants of health.

Friend Complementary

Friends are individuals or members of populations living in communities across the Commonwealth and across the nation with an interest in being part of trailblazing better health and building a culture of health in their communities.

Members may join as friends, become interested in a more formal association with the alliance and upgrade or update their membership at any time.

Typically, friends glean evidence informed information from the website they find interesting and useful in inspiring, educating, engaging and empowering themselves and others to live their healthiest lives. Hence their importance to the movement is essential.
